I don't teach theory. Everything below is something I've done at scale, tested obsessively, and in most cases lost sleep over at some point. When I tell you something works — or doesn't — I have receipts.
Market Strategy & Opportunity Analysis
Finding the angle your competitors haven't seen yet. I've been spotting hungry fish before the bait hits the water since before most consultants had a website. I spotted the Marauder airgun before Crosman's own PR team. I found the vacuum sealer bag market from a family sausage recipe. I built a certificate resale marketplace out of someone else's product.
If you're asking "is there a business here?" — that's where I start.
SEO & Organic Traffic
Organic traffic is the only traffic that compounds. I've built sites to 3,500 unique visitors a day from scratch with no ad budget. I ran 375 domains in an AdSense network and tested every variable. I know what Google actually responds to versus what sounds good in a blog post written last Tuesday.
I also know what kills sites — I lost mine to Drupalgeddon. That's a lesson I won't repeat and neither will you if you work with me.
Affiliate & Niche Site Development
From domain selection to content architecture to monetization — I've run affiliate operations across vacuum sealers, airguns, and a dozen other verticals. I know where the money hides and where it disappears. I know how Amazon will eventually try to cut you out and how to build so they can't.
I also know what happens when you depend on a platform you don't own. I learned that one the expensive way.
Email Marketing & List Building
I studied email marketing under Corey Rudl and ran his Mailloop autoresponder software before most people knew what an autoresponder was. I built a segmented "fire sale" list that generated enough volume to freeze a PayPal account. I got 316 new subscribers in a single day from one campaign.
Email is still the best ROI channel in existence when you do it right. Most people don't do it right.
A Few Things I Believe
- Anyone will let you work for free. If someone wants your expertise without a clear agreement, they want a donation — not a partnership.
- If you're not sure what to do, don't do anything. Patience is a strategy. Doing nothing is sometimes the most profitable move.
- It costs nothing to talk. A discovery call is free. Figure out what you need before you spend a dollar.
- When someone tries to beat you up on price, look at them, scratch your head, and say: "I'm not used to trying to negotiate against myself."
